Elisabeth Staudinger, MA, has been a Member of the Siemens Healthineers Managing Board since December 2021. She has spent nearly three decades with the company, taking on leadership roles across procurement, strategy, and global business, building a broad, end-to-end perspective on healthcare. Prior to joining the Managing Board, she served as President of Asia Pacific, including Greater China.

Her leadership is driven by a clear belief that digitalization and strong partnerships can make healthcare more accessible, affordable, and available to more people. Today, she is responsible for Global Customer Services, Enterprise Services, External Affairs, Marketing and Customer Excellence, Quality, Technology Centers, in addition to regions Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific Japan, and China.

Having worked extensively across Europe and Asia, Elisabeth brings a global perspective to tackling some of the most pressing healthcare challenges, particularly the growing burden of non-communicable diseases. She is passionate about the role of medical technology, from precision therapies to Healthcare AI, in improving outcomes and reaching patients earlier.

Since January 2024, Elisabeth has been a board member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Alliance for Women’s Health, where she works to close the gender health gap and advance more equitable healthcare systems worldwide.

Born in Graz, Austria, Elisabeth studied Economics, Sinology, and History in Vienna, Beijing, and Nanjing, an early experience that shaped her global mindset and continues to influence her leadership today.
