Darleen Caron

Darleen Caron is Member of the Managing Board and Labor Director of Siemens Healthineers AG since February 2021. From February 2021 through September 2026, Darleen also served as the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer. Darleen is a global Human Resources executive with more than 30 years of international experience in publicly traded companies across the industrial and services sectors. She has a proven track record of driving cultural, people and organizational transformation to support large scale M&A and integrations, as well as portfolio restructuring efforts. Darleen brings deep expertise in all areas of Human Resources, with a particular emphasis on building robust leadership and future talent bench strength. She has lived and worked in North America and in Europe. 

Prior to joining Siemens Healthineers, Darleen was the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for LyondellBasell, a U.S.-based multinational chemical company with US$35 billion in revenues and presence in over 100 countries. Darleen was previously Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources for SNC-Lavalin, a Canada-based global engineering solutions company with CAN$10.4 billion in revenues and presence in over 90 countries. 

Born in 1964 in Connecticut, USA, Darleen is a dual Canadian and German citizen. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Quebec in Montreal.
