Siemens Healthineers Supervisory Board extends the mandate of Darleen Caron

In its meeting on today’s date, the Supervisory Board of Siemens Healthineers AG prematurely and unanimously extended the terms of office of Darleen Caron, Chief Human Resources Officer. She will now hold this position until the end of September 2027. 

“Darleen Caron has propelled Human Resources at Siemens Healthineers to a different and internationally leading level. Under her leadership, the company made significant progress in its sustainability journey as well as building the diverse talent and inclusive culture enabling our business ambitions. In the coming years, I am confident the company will reach new benchmark levels in both aspects,” said Ralf P. Thomas, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Siemens Healthineers AG.
