Compensation of the Managing Board members of Siemens Healthineers AG

Taking into account the requirements of Section 87a (1) of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), the Supervisory Board resolved on changes to the compensation system for the members of the Managing Board of Siemens Healthineers AG with effect from October 1st, 2020 and submitted the compensation system as agenda item 9 to the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on February 12th, 2021 for approval. The Annual Shareholders’ Meeting approved the compensation system for the members of the Managing Board with a large majority of 98.91% of the valid votes cast.

Below, an overview of the main components and structure of the compensation system of the Managing Board members is represented.
