Our 1-2-1 mentoring is a personalised scheme that allows employees to seek out a mentor to guide them towards their goals. For example, a colleague who has expert knowledge in an area they want to improve, which would benefit the mentee's current role and progression.
The mentoring scheme is a two way process, whereby the mentors benefit from the experience of helping someone who may not necessarily work in their team, and due to the mentee being the sole driver of the relationship, they can take charge of their progress.
