Cios Go and Cios Go IDMobile C-arms for 2D intraoperative imaging
Ready to go. Cios Go and Cios Go ID are mobile C-arms that deliver excellent imaging and an advanced user experience. Cios Go ID is featuring an integrated display (ID) on the C-arm. With a mobile design and smart modular options, Cios Go and Cios Go ID are always ready to go, delivering high performance and helping to meet the demands of any surgical environment.

Benefits
Every day, surgical teams work in demanding clinical environments where precision, pace, and smooth interactions are key. In the OR, every movement counts and decisions depend not only on image quality and accuracy, but also on how easily equipment can be positioned, moved, and viewed. When space is limited and conditions change quickly, even the slightest friction can disrupt flow and impact confidence.
Cios Go and Cios Go ID are designed for these realities. Gear up for surgical success with excellent imaging and an advanced user experience in any OR setting.
Live Zoom
This seamless digital zoom helps surgeons magnify regions of interest without changing the radiation dose to the patient.
SpotAdapt
By automatically optimizing the image impression within a defined region of interest, SpotAdapt helps surgeons see critical details more clearly.
Live Graphical Overlay
This feature enables intuitive, freehand annotations of clinical images directly on the touchscreen, with color and editing tools for clear visual guidance1.
High-power generators
With 3.5 kW or 5.0 kW1 of power available, the generators have the headroom needed to enable clear visualization and confident decision-making when it matters most. Equipped with the 5.0 kW1 generator, the systems supporting excellent imaging across a wide range of clinical scenarios.
Flat detector technology
Large areas of interest can be captured with the 20 cm × 20 cm or the 31 cm × 31 cm1 flat detector options. The detectors provide the ideal balance between image quality and dose, supporting ALARA principles through proven image-processing technology from Siemens Healthineers.
High resolution with an ultra-HD display
A 27” display with an ultra-high-definition resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels makes critical details visible at a glance. This helps surgeons quickly and reliably assess the current anatomical situation during procedures.
Green Laser Localizer
The green laser is clearly visible on all skin types and on blood, supporting radiation-free C-arm positioning even under bright OR lighting1.
Target Pointer
The pointer extends the visualization of long objects in the beam path to support, e.g., K-wire positioning1.
Intuitive user interface
The user interface offers touch interaction for intuitive system operation. Users can interact with the image in a familiar and natural way — for example, by zooming, panning, or rotating it directly on the screen.
Guided exam set selection
An intuitive, step-by-step workflow guides users through patient registration and exam setup, confident selection of the appropriate radiation program.
Screen mounted on the C-arm
Cios Go ID model features an integrated display. The large UHD screen offers flexible positioning that provides comfortable image viewing for users in different areas of the OR and during different procedures.
Ergonomic design
Ergonomic design with counterbalanced integrated display helps improve viewing comfort and may reduce physical strain for surgical teams. A built-in lock on the monitor arm secures the display and keeps it stable during transport and parking.
Fast and easy transportation
Cios Go ID supports fast and easy transport with only one instead two pieces between ORs and enables simple positioning in busy clinical environments.
Modular system options
Cios Go and Cios Go ID support efficient movement, faster setup, and confident positioning in different surgical environments. Designed for mobile use, the systems deliver reliable performance even when moved frequently between clinical settings.
Small footprint and lightweight design
With its small footprint, Cios Go ID supports confident working even when space is limited, and integrates easily into different OR setups. Its lightweight design enables fast transport between ORs and confident positioning in tight clinical spaces.
Standby mode
No reboot required when the system is reconnected. Recovery within 5 seconds minimizes workflow interruptions and ensures fast readiness after repositioning. For Cios Go ID, Standby mode supports up to 8 minutes2 of operation without mains power, maximizing system availability and enabling efficient transport between ORs.
Additional monitor cart
Cios Go ID can also be used with an additional cart mounted monitor to provide extra flexibility for users. This second screen allows images to be viewed even several meters away from the C arm1.
