Siemens Healthineers is pleased to announce that the Health Canada-licensed Biograph Trinion, a high-performance, energy-efficient positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) scanner, is now available across Canada. Biograph Trinion is fully equipped with an air-cooled, scalable, lutetium oxyorthosilicate (LSO)-based digital detector with 239-picosecond (ps) ultra-fast time of flight (TOF) performance for small lesion detectability and effective sensitivity up to 128 cps/kBq, enabling faster scans and lower patient radiation doses for a more efficient and patient-friendly imaging experience.
Siemens Healthineers is pleased to announce the Health Canada-licensed MAGNETOM Flow. Platform, its first 1.5 tesla (T) platform for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with virtually helium-free technology now available across Canada. Engineered for efficiency, patient comfort, and clinical versatility, MAGNETOM Flow. Platform with DryCool technology is designed to enhance patient access to high-quality MRI services while promoting sustainability and operational efficiency.
Imagerie Mascouche, located in Mascouche, Quebec, recently became the first imaging clinic in Canada to introduce MAMMOMAT B.brilliant, the first completely redesigned mammography system from Siemens Healthineers in over a decade.
