A male in his 70s with a history of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-positive metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) underwent routine ⁶⁸Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT imaging on Biograph mCT Flow™ PET/CT. ⁶⁸Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT findings confirmed PSMA expression in the metastatic disease, which qualified the patient for ¹⁷⁷Lu-PSMA-617 treatment. The patient received ¹⁷⁷Lu-PSMA-617 therapy followed by fast, multi-bed, quantitative SPECT/CT imaging after each treatment cycle. This clinical case demonstrates how Symbia Intevo Bold™ with xSPECT Quant™ enables ¹⁷⁷Lu-PSMA-617 treatment response assessment.

Three patients with metastatic prostate cancer underwent sequential, quantitative SPECT/CT on Symbia™ SPECT/CT following a single dose of albumin-bound ¹⁷⁷Lu PSMA-ALB-56. This case series demonstrates the utility of sequential, quantitative SPECT/CT in obtaining accurate time activity curves (TACs) for subsequent dosimetry, which is of key importance for improving therapeutic outcomes while avoiding toxicity.

This case highlights the clinical utility of xSPECT™ technologies with iterative metal artifact reduction (iMAR) in the detection of TKA prosthetic loosening.

This case demonstrates the value of using SPECT/CT with radiolabeled leukocytes and iterative metal artifact reduction (iMAR) in the evaluation of bony and prosthetic joint pathologies.

An elderly male with a neuroendocrine tumor (NET) and liver metastases underwent sequential SPECT/CT on Symbia Pro.specta™ SPECT/CT following a therapy dose of ¹⁷⁷Lu DOTATATE. This case demonstrates the value of using xSPECT Quant™ for the reproducible quantification of tracer concentration, which is instrumental for accurate dosimetry.

A 75-year-old male with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma underwent PET/CT imaging on a Biograph mCT Flow™ scanner to assess residual disease. The patient was referred for COVID-19 testing due to suspicious hypermetabolic parenchymal foci in the lungs. This case reviews PET/CT in a differential diagnosis of COVID-19 within incidental findings.

A 75-year-old female with recurrent metastatic invasive lobular breast cancer underwent concurrent ¹⁸F FDG PET/CT and ¹⁸F FES PET/CT imaging to evaluate the extent of estrogen receptor (ER)-positive osseous lesions. This case highlights the use of ¹⁸F FES PET/CT in the evaluation of ER-positive breast cancer when ¹⁸F FDG PET/CT findings are inconclusive.

A 50-year-old female with progressive weakness in both legs underwent ¹⁸F FDG imaging performed on a Biograph Vision™ PET/CT scanner to evaluate a spinal pathology. This case illustrates how a comprehensive PET/CT evaluation helps delineate the extent of disease infiltration in primary central nervous system diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
