Endovascular aortic repair including coiling of the arteria mesenterica inferior
The 67-year-old male patient presents with a quickly progressing infrarenal aortic aneurysm. The aneurysm is limited to the ostia of the arteria mesenterica and morphologically classified as a penetrating atherosclerotic ulcer (PAU). The EVAR procedures included the coiling of the arteria mesenterica inferior with an Amplatzer Vascular Plug II.
