The registrant is liable for all non-refundable incurred program expenses (airfare and hotel). All registration cancellations must be made by April 19th, 2024, to receive a full refund of the program fee, excluding non-refundable expenses such as airfare. Refund requests received after April 19th, 2024, will not be accepted nor refunded.

  • For packages including hotel and/or airfare, reservations are handled by Siemens Healthineers based on the request made during registration. Hotel accommodations include hotel room and tax at the designated hotel only. Attendees are responsible for any other incidental charges to their hotel room and will be asked to provide a credit card upon check-in at the hotel for these expenses.
  • Please note that Siemens Healthineers is not responsible for weather-related and/or airline delay or cancellation-related expenses. Transportation to and from the hotel (including cab fares, rental cars, personal car mileage, etc.), parking fees, and meals outside of those offered in the Innovations symposium are not included in registration fees.

    • No, the two I-Ride Trolley passes included in your daily resort charge are complimentary. They provide you with easy access to a wide range of attractions and restaurants in the International Drive Resort Area. 
  • How can I reserve transportation to Universal Orlando Resort™ theme parks from the hotel?
    • Reserving transportation to Universal Orlando Resort™ theme parks is easy. Just visit the Universal Vacation Planning desk located in the lobby, and they will assist you in scheduling your ride. Hilton’s complimentary transportation makes it convenient for you to enjoy all the thrills Universal has to offer.
  • Are there specific schedules for the I-Ride Trolley and the hotel's transportation to Universal Orlando Resort™?
  • Can I use the I-Ride Trolley to access other attractions besides Universal Orlando Resort™?
