Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) Assay
Supporting the Fertility Journey through Trusted Science
AMH Assay Benefits
Delivering accurate, reliable, and convenient AMH results, enabling women and their doctors to plan appropriately for initiating fertility treatments with reasonable expectations.

Accurately assess fertility potential
Demonstrates strong clinical performance for ovarian reserve (sensitivity 90.5%, NPV 82.8%)2

Enhance confidence in patient management
Provides highly precise results across the measuring interval (CVs <4%) as shown in published studies2,3

Optimize workflow efficiency
Consolidates testing on one platform with a comprehensive menu of reproductive endocrinology assays

Reproductive Endocrinology Portfolio
A long-standing market leader in reproductive endocrinology, Siemens Healthineers offers a broad range of systems and fertility tests to address the various clinical needs in reproductive health.

Analytical Characteristics and Clinical Performance of Anti-Müllerian Hormone Immunoassay on the ADVIA Centaur® System: A Comparison with Other Chemiluminescent Methods
Analytical characteristics, clinical performance, and method comparison studies were performed and results were determined using ADVIA Centaur, Beckman Access® and Roche Elecsys® AMH assays, and it was determined that the ADVIA Centaur assay is essentially interchangeable with the Beckman AMH assay for acceptable ovarian reserve assessment.

Evaluation of Siemens Atellica AMH assay and comparison with Roche, Beckman and Ansh Labs
The Siemens Healthineers Atellica IM assay shows promise as an alternative method for AMH measurement, demonstrating good correlation with established assays.
