  • Education & Workforce Solutions- Whether your facility has staff shortages, employees are filling in from other departments, or members need extra education and training, we are here to assist.
  • teamplay Fleet- Maintaining and managing your equipment is more important than ever. Nearly everything you need is on our complimentary service portal website. You may open service tickets, view contract details, download service reports and track your equipment status. For your on-the-go needs you can download the app to your iOS or Android device.
  • Smart Remote Services(SRS)- Services that formerly required on-site visits are now available via an online connection. Our Customer Care Center (CCC)- 1-800-255-3232- can diagnose issues remotely with SRS.

    o SmartCollaborator- Free 90-day trial period- Through merged reality, our remote experts will be able to virtually interact, assist with issues, and resolve problems as though they are working side-by-side with you.

    o From the CCC, you may be routed to our Regional Support Center (RSC) to assist you with your inquiry.
