Alteration of booking or cancellation

The participant may designate an alternative participant for the event or training up to 7 days prior at no additional fee.

A cancellation is possible free of charge no later than 15 days prior to the start of the ordered training by writing to the mail listed below.

If the cancellation takes place after this, the attendance fees shall be paid by the participant as following:

In the event of a cancellation from the 14th day to the 7th day prior to the day of the event or training, a cancellation fee of 50% of the attendance fees shall be paid by the participant.

For a cancellation from the 6th to the 3rd day the cancellation fee will be 75 % of the attendance fee and 100 % as of the 3rd day prior to the the event or training.

In case you wish to cancel or alter your your attendance, we kindly ask you to send us e-mail academy.dk.team@siemens-healthineers.com. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions concerning cancellation or other topics.

If the event or training participation is cancelled due to sickness the fee will still be charged. However, if the participant is able to provide a medical certificate, reimbursement will be provided.

Siemens Healthineers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event or training due to a low registration of participants.

Siemens Healthineers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event or training due to low registration, instructor illness or circumstances out of our control leading to us being unable to host the course. In such a case, the course will be fully refunded or alternatively the participants will be offered a new date for the course or training.
