Welcome to the 2nd International syngo®.via User Meeting! This meeting offers syngo.via1 users and experts a platform to meet and exchange experiences of using syngo.via in the clinical routine.

 

The syngo.via User Meeting also provides a unique opportunity to discover clinical cases, applications and workflows through best practice sharing, while participating in hands-on sessions and live demonstrations.

Once you have reviewed all of the information, please click on the REGISTRATION link at the right to register for this meeting. Once you have completed all of the requested information, please review before submitting.


Please make note that in order to confirm ground transportation, you will be required to enter into your travel itinerary in your registration.


Confirmation of your registration will be emailed to you once the registration process has been completed and submitted.


Flight times and airline needs to be implemented in the registration so please check air fare and airport of arrival first or fill latest by July 2, 2012. Otherwise your registration is not valid.

Hotel accommodations will be secured using the hotel arrival and departure dates entered on your online registration form. Please note that upon check-in at the hotel, you will be required to provide your credit card to cover any incidentals which are incurred during the business meeting dates.


Rates

Single/Double: $249.00 per night
 

Additional persons (18 years or older): $20.00 per person

All rooms are exclusive of applicable sales and resort taxes, currently 13.5%.
 

A Resort Fee1 of $20.00 will be charged per room per day.


Pre/Post Stays

For those interested in extending their visit at the Hyatt, the hotel is offering the Siemens meeting rate of $249 plus 13.5% tax for 4 days prior to the meeting and 4 days after the meeting, based on availability.


Please include any pre/post days with your main hotel reservation. Additional day(s) costs will be the responsibility of the guest through the use of their own personal credit card.

  • Arrivals:
    All attendees are required to arrive by Monday the latest, unless you have been instructed otherwise.

 

  • Departures:
    Departure flights from SBY should be scheduled anytime after 4:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, July 25th which will allow for ample travel time from hotel to airport and check-in at airport. If your flight goes via IAD, DCA or BWI schedule your flight after 5:30 p.m. EST.

    Session is scheduled to conclude at 1:30 p.m. EST.

  • Ground Transportation:
    The Hyatt Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina is located 70 miles from Baltimore Airport, 86 Miles from Washington, DC and 30 miles from Salisbury, MD.

    Roundtrip transportation will be provided from all airport to the hotel. You will be required to provide your travel itinerary on this registration site. If you do not have your travel booked when registering, you will be able to go back into the site and enter the details once complete.

    We will provide complimentary transportation for meeting attendees and for familiy and friends transportation at a special rate from the suggested airports for arrival on July 22–23 and departure on July 25 only. Please note that rental cars are NOT necessary for attendees and will not be reimbursed by Siemens.
