xSPECT™ technology completely integrates SPECT and CT data during image reconstruction for sharp clinical detail and accurate measurement of disease. The high resolution of xSPECT Bone™ helps you to distinguish bone metastases from surrounding tissue and to accurately localize infection and injury. To track patients’ progress over time, xSPECT Quant™ standardizes uptake values for reliable disease detection and evaluation of therapy response.

Özellikler ve Faydalar
The inability to properly identify and localize small lesions can lead to inaccurate interpretation and unnecessary procedures, potentially increasing costs and risk for both the patient and healthcare providers.
By using the CT as the frame-of-reference for image reconstruction, xSPECT Bone™ can extract a zone map with different tissue segments to delineate the boundaries of the nuclear uptake during SPECT reconstruction. Through this deep integration of SPECT and CT data, xSPECT Bone can help you clearly identify disease not easily seen with conventional SPECT.
And the need for costly CT, MR, or biopsy follow-ups can potentially be reduced with xSPECT Bone, which offers higher image resolution and diagnostic relevance.1
The first automated, accurate and reproducible quantification for 99mTc, 123I, 177Lu, 111In, and 131I imaging,2 xSPECT Quant™ extends advanced SPECT quantification from general nuclear medicine and bone studies to indications including neurological disorders, neuroendocrine tumors, neuroblastoma, thyroid, and prostate cancers.
xSPECT Quant is the first and only technology to use a 3% National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) traceable precision source,3 enabling standardization of uptake values across different cameras, dose calibrators and facilities, for reliable disease detection and evaluation of therapy response.
The absolute quantification capabilities of xSPECT Quant also can facilitate theranostics, an approach employing radioactive isotopes that emit energies to not only image but also treat the patient’s disease.
Broad Quantification™ utilizes xSPECT™ technology for accurate images and reproducible quantification. It is built upon the core foundation of xSPECT technology.
With the use of workflow-guided manual calibrations, Broad Quantification integrates several xSPECT technology corrections during reconstruction of SPECT images to produce accurate images and reproducible quantitative values.
Broad Quantification may be utilized as a standalone quantification solution or in combination with xSPECT Quant to provide accurate and reproducible quantification for the nearly all isotopes and collimators used in your imaging facility.
