Clinical Use of ARFI Elastography
ARFI elastography for measurement of tissue stiffness in the liver

Acoustic radiation force impulse elastography or ARFI elastography is one of several new technologies available for liver elastography. It is especially useful in the analysis of liver tissue and can provide a quantitative measurement of liver tissue stiffness.
