Hours, over-time, double-time, Priority Response, and Flat Travel fee rates are provided above. Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice. Past due amounts are subject to an interest rate charge of 1½ % per month. Siemens may cease providing service if any payments hereunder are not made when due.
