Keep your software up to date — order the RAPIDComm® Data Management System IT Care Plan today!
Significant modifications to the RAPIDComm® Data Management System have been made since we launched version 1.0 in 2001. As we are currently on version 6.0, we want to make sure that your facility has all the latest enhancements and software upgrades available to you. An active IT Care Plan will ensure that you have access to the latest software version. If you don’t have an IT Care Plan, you can now order one via the Siemens Healthineers online Webshop.
When ordering, search for the product using the following material number: 11065447 (RAPIDComm IT Care Plan). The software will be delivered to the email address on file, so please ensure that you enter the appropriate email address in the Special Shipping Instructions area at checkout.
Software upgrades for RAPIDComm are installable by the customer. Upon request, Siemens Healthineers can install the upgrade for additional Professional Services fee.
