Joel Rainwater, MD is a board-certified interventional radiologist with more than 21 years of experience including owning and developing outpatient-based medical practices. Dr. Rainwater is the founder of Comprehensive Integrated Care (CiC) and he serves as chief medical officer for the offices in Arizona, Utah, and Oregon. After receiving his medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Dr. Rainwater completed his residency in diagnostic radiology and served as chief resident at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC. He completed his fellowship in interventional vascular radiology prior to joining the interventional radiologist team at Associated Radiologists in Mesa, AZ.

Dr. Sammy Eghbalieh, FACS, DFSVS, RPVI is a board-certified expert in the most advanced techniques of vascular, endovascular, and minimally invasive surgery for venous and arterial diseases. He is the fastest growing vascular surgeon in the San Fernando Valley and has done over 10,000 procedures. He is the director of vascular and endovascular surgery as well as, director of vascular imaging at Southern California Multi-Specialty Center (SCMSC).
