That’s why we have expanded our imaging parts distribution network with two new mega depots—significantly increasing inventory, overall parts availability and transport resources. 

We are adding GXO Logistics as a partner to our already robust depot network.  This additional partnership and logistics capacity expansion enables us to: 

  • Expand our warehouse capacity and spare parts inventory by over 30 percent 
  • Centralize the information and resources which serve our customers 
  • Rapidly optimize the entire delivery network with the most-advanced technology available 
  • Enable our customers to confidently reduce operational risks which can erode trust and lead to financial losses
  •  Amplify our ability to drive down operational costs within the 24/7 final mile delivery network for all of our customers.

The addition of two new parts distribution centers will expand our delivery capacity and inventory, helping to alleviate pressure on our primary overnight delivery network operations in Memphis and allowing us to fulfill your parts needs more efficiently and reliably. 

The first depot in our parts network expansion opened in Dayton, NJ and became fully operational in March 2025, increasing parts availability and efficiency for healthcare providers in the Northeast.

The second depot of the expansion has opened in Manteca, CA in order to improve our ability to serve customers located in the Western part of the United States. 

With both our New Jersey and California parts depots now fully operational—New Jersey since March and California since May 2025—we’re better positioned to deliver faster shipping and stronger support to imaging teams across the country.

Adding to a continuously expanding Forward Stocking Network, we are placing greater than 30% additional inventory, a combined investment of $46 million, in highly accessible, strategically placed locations.

 Increased Same Day Delivery:  Same day delivery capacities will increase for customers within 300 miles of the new depots

Extended Cutoff Times: Customers in the Western part of the United States will gain up to 3 hours of additional time for Overnight parts ordering
