Advanced Education Support (AES) provides you with ongoing, advanced clinical education assistance to help you overcome complex challenges or address gaps in your team's clinical education or system expertise. Your AES subscription grants you remote access to an Advanced Clinical Education Specialist for up to two hours per request over the duration of your subscription. This service is tied to your specific Functional Location # (400-XXXXXX), so please make sure to use the correct number when registering.
To book your AES session, simply submit your request through the form below and we'll ensure a specialist is arranged to assist you within 24-48 hours. Note: To ensure we can provide the best service possible, we kindly ask that you limit your appointment bookings to two at a time in advance and a maximum of one appointment per day. Once those appointments are completed, you are welcome to book additional sessions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Once registered, you will receive an invitation for your session along with a link to a Microsoft Teams meeting. Please save this invitation and link so you can join the day of your appointment. If you are unable to use Microsoft Teams, please indicate in the registration fields additional contact information to use for your appointment. Our specialists will need Siemens Remote Assistance (SRA) connection access to work directly with your team and system, please reach out to our Customer Care Center if assistance is needed with SRA setup (1-800-888-7436).
