19th Asian Society of Cardiovascular Imaging Congress 2026May 21 - 23, 2026 | Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel | On-site Event

Siemens Healthineers will be participating in the 19th Asian Society of Cardiovascular Imaging (ASCI) Congress 2026 in Singapore.

Themed “Cardiovascular Imaging: Uniting Science, Technology and Humanity”, the congress will focus on advancing cardiovascular imaging through scientific innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and practical approaches to improving patient care. The programme includes three full days of scientific sessions and exclusive pre-congress workshops for hands-on learning.

It will bring together doctors, clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals from across the region to exchange knowledge, explore emerging technologies, and strengthen best practices in cardiovascular imaging.

Join us at our Pre-conference Workshop and Conference Booth to find out more about our latest product innovations and solutions for cardiovascular imaging and radiology care.

Pre-Congress Workshop

Date: Thursday, May 21, 2026
Time: 09:00am - 04:30pm
Venue: The Advanced Surgery Training Centre (ASTC) Seminar Hall, National University Hospital

Explore how Siemens Healthineers’ Dual Source Photon-Counting CT (PCCT) , the next-generation detector technology, delivers ultra-high resolution of up to 3 times, with inherent spectral information in every scan, and reduced radiation dose, transforming diagnostic confidence in complex cardiovascular cases.

  • Seamless integration of PCCT with Bayer's Centargo CT injector system for optimized protocols in cardiac imaging.
  • Practical demonstrations of workflow improvements, including reduced setup time and standardized/personalized contrast administration.
  • Case-based discussions: improved plaque characterization, optimised structural heart and congenital heart disease imaging.
  • Live demonstration of both systems with protocol optimization tips for technologists and cardiac imaging specialists.

Prof. Amedeo Chiribiri

Professor of Cardiovascular Imaging Kings College London,
Director of the Cardiovascular MRI Service at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital

Prof Chiribiri’s main clinical and research interest is cardiovascular imaging, with a focus on cardiovascular MRI and quantitative imaging. He has developed several techniques that enable the non-invasive assessment of myocardial blood flow (perfusion) and the non-invasive differential diagnosis between different causes of chest pain. Moreover, Prof Chiribiri is actively involved in the development and validation of novel experimental models to simulate physiological and pathophysiological processes and more recently, he has been pioneering the clinical applications of whole-body low-field scanners in the field of cardiovascular MRI, including the first clinical service for low-field CMR.
