Siemens Healthineers is very proud to announce that it has been named for the second consecutive year, on the 2022 list of Best Workplaces in Healthcare. This designation was earned after a thorough review by the Great Place to Work® team. It involves an analysis of the trust levels and culture in an organization through an anonymous survey of its employees, who were encouraged to share their direct feedback and experience about working at Siemens Healthineers.

The review also involved a detailed report that was submitted covering all aspects of the company’s culture including: hiring; retention; diversity; equity and inclusion; rewards and recognition; and most importantly, on creating a culture that nurtures transparency and respect.

“We continue to be so proud of our organization’s culture and being recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in Healthcare. This designation is very rewarding—to have accomplished this during a pandemic is incredible. We could not be prouder to be amongst the list of these amazing companies,” said Sevket On, Managing Director, Canada, Siemens Healthineers.
