Data controller and categories of personal data
Siemens Healthcare Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at No. 11 Żupnicza Street in Warsaw, as the data controller (“Data Controller”) shall have the right to collect and process the following personal data concerning you as the data subject:
- contact details (surname, first name, title, company name, function/role, telephone number, e-mail, company address);
- information about your personal interest in specific Siemens products and services:eacon” technique) whether or
not you have opened an e-mail with marketing content from Siemens.
- expressly indicated, e.g. via a web form,
- obtained by storing information about your visits on Siemens websites by means of cookies (e.g. this information may include viewed articles or downloaded documents), if applicable;
- obtained by registering (using the “web beacon” technique) whether or not you have opened an e-mail with marketing content from Siemens.
Your personal data may be processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a), (b), (c) and/or (f) of the general data protection regulation for the purpose of sending marketing content by post, e-mail or telephone (newsletters, invitations to events, trade fairs, conferences, training sessions) concerning Siemens products and services that are of interest to you, as well as to comply with the Data Controller's obligations arising from the generally applicable provisions of law and agreements to which you are a party. In addition, the data may be used by Siemens sales staff for the purpose of submitting offers to you and for the purpose of optimizing support for you or your company.
Retention period
The data shall be deleted by the Data Controller when they are no longer needed for marketing purposes, after the expiry of the limitation periods for claims sought under the concluded agreements or upon revocation of your consent.
Recipients
The Data Controller may disclose your personal data at the request of public authorities under the applicable law, including any authorities authorized to request data in connection with activities taken by them to prevent, counteract and combat COVID-19.
With your consent, the Data Controller may share your data with related entities listed in the current annual report, which is available on the website http://www.siemens.com/investor/en, as well as to distributors of its products.
In addition, Siemens engages providers of information technology services or entities organizing workshops, training sessions, courses and congresses for performing activities that may involve access to your data, including collection of your data for the Data Controller. The recipients of your personal data may be located outside the European Economic Area (“third countries”). In such a case, the Data Controller shall take appropriate measures to protect your personal data, for example by means of binding corporate rules or EU standard contractual clauses.

After revocation you will no longer receive marketing content from the Data Controller or from its related Companies.
In addition to the option to revoke your consent at any time, you may also technically prevent the processing of data relating to the use of our websites by deleting the following cookie from the browsers used by you: ELQSTATUS.
In accordance with the applicable personal data protection law, you have the right:
- to ask for confirmation as to whether Siemens processes your personal data and obtain information on the processed data;
- to request rectification of inaccurate personal data;
- to request the erasure of your personal data processed by Siemens;
- to request restriction of the processing of your personal data;
- to have your personal data transferred;
- to object to the processing, in particular with respect to the processing for direct marketing purposes;
- to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
