Our Proactive Services comprises four solutions that monitor selected Siemens Healthineers imaging equipment, helping you maximize uptime and maintain peak performance. Fleet-wide insights allow you to prioritize service activities, optimize resource planning, and maintain consistent performance across your installed base.

To prevent unplanned downtime, critical system components are monitored remotely in real time via a secure Smart Remote Services (SRS) connection. This allows our Proactive Services to monitor your system’s status in real time, so our service experts can plan a timely intervention

Guardian Program identifies potential issues before they occur

The Guardian Program – which includes Guardian, TubeGuard, and ImageGuard – uses AI-powered algorithms to turn system data into actionable insights and identify potential issues before they occur. When action is needed, our service experts either resolve the issue remotely or proactively schedule an on-site visit – keeping your systems running smoothly and reliably at all times.

TubeGuard monitors the X-ray tube

The X-ray tube is one of the most critical and cost-intensive components of your imaging system. TubeGuard is designed to protect it through continuous monitoring and AI-based prediction of potential tube-related issues. This helps identify conditions that may impact operations. When service is required, tube repair or replacement can be scheduled proactively, minimizing disruption.

Magnet Monitoring monitors the magnet and the cooling system of MRI scanners

The magnet and its cooling system are the heart of your MRI scanner and among the most expensive components to repair or replace. Magnet Monitoring continuously tracks the magnet’s condition, temperature, and operating pressure. This helps protect the magnet from damage, contributing to a longer scanner lifespan and sustained performance over time.
