Siemens Healthineers recently earned a recognition on the 2025 Disability Index®, a leading national benchmark that measures corporate policies and practices related to disability inclusion and accessibility. The Disability Index is the world’s most comprehensive benchmarking tool for companies to measure disability workplace inclusion inside their organization and to assess performance across industry sectors.

The company has been committed to creating an inclusive workplace that champions diversity in the ability of all its employees. Through its Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), the company offers the Healthineers Autism & Neuro-Diversity Support (HANDS) and Disability and Allies Employee Resource Group (ADAPT), two initiatives centred on conversations and opportunities to advance the empowerment of employees, regardless of their ability.
