Siemens Healthineers, Canada, named on the 2021 List of Best Workplaces™ for WomenToday, Siemens Healthineers, Canada, has been named on the 2021 list of Best Workplaces™ for Women.

Best workplaces for women 2021

This honour was received after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®. The list is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®, and follows the organization’s certification in November 2020 as a Great Place to Work®.

To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work- Certified™ in the past year, be headquartered in Canada, and have at least 90% of employees agree that people are treated fairly, regardless of their gender.

“I am especially proud that this award reflects the reality of our organizational make up. For example, on our leadership team, nine of the 26 members are women, and in the organization as a whole, 36 per cent of employees are women. While these figures are positive, there is always more that can be done, and we are committed to continuous improvement,” Said Sevket On, VP and Zone Country Manager, Canada. “Like any organization that strives for excellence and success, we embrace a team that is reflective of the community we work in and the customers we serve. To be further recognized by Great Place to Work™ as one of the best workplaces for women is truly something to be celebrated and something we should all be delighted with.”
