Siemens Healthineers has announced the launch of the CN-3000 and CN-6000 Hemostasis Systems for coagulation testing in Canada, following recent licensing from Health Canada.1 The CN-3000 and CN-6000 Systems support a broad test menu of Siemens Healthineers routine and specialty coagulation assays. These assays enable the identification of clotting abnormalities, including bleeding and thrombotic disorders, providing laboratories with a comprehensive solution for hemostasis testing.
“With the launch of the CN-3000 and CN-6000 Hemostasis Systems in Canada, we’re proud to offer laboratories advanced solutions that support high-quality, efficient, and scalable coagulation testing. These systems reflect our commitment to innovation and empowering labs to deliver confident clinical decisions with speed and precision,” said Hina Hanif, Market Development Manager for Hemostasis at Siemens Healthineers in Canada.
Additionally, the CN-3000 and CN-6000 Systems are designed for seamless integration with Siemens Healthineers Atellica Data Manager (ADM) and laboratory automation solutions, enabling a fully hands-free workflow. This includes automated sample processing—such as preparation, storage and retrieval. Connectivity with Atellica Process Manager (APM) allows centralized oversight of testing operations, providing real-time analytics to monitor key performance indicators like turnaround time and exception handling. When integrated with ADM, advanced algorithms can automate sample routing and processing decisions, supporting standardized protocols across multiple instruments and laboratory sites.
