Oakville, Ontario. November 23, 2021

Siemens Healthineers, a leading medical technology company with over 170 years of experience and 66,000 employees globally, announced it has been certified as a great workplace in Canada by Great Place to Work® 2021-2022 for the second year in a row.

“We can’t underscore enough the pride in being recognized as a Great Place to Work. This honour is official recognition–determined by Healthineers–of our excellent company culture, and is something for which we can be truly proud,” said Sevket On, VP, Zone General Manager, Siemens Healthineers Canada.

Siemens Healthineers’ certification is based on the results of a confidential employee survey focused on company culture, trust in the organization and its leaders. Other areas of focus include camaraderie with fellow colleagues and employees having pride in what they do at work.

"Great Place to Work Certification isn't something that comes easily—it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience," said Nancy Fonseca, Senior Vice President of Great Place to Work® Canada. "It's the only official recognition determined by employees' real-time reports of their company culture."
