Why Siemens Healthineers Trainee Program?

Siemens Healthineers maintains partnerships with community initiatives and organisations leveraging on our expertise in project management, training and education, relationship building and medical equipment knowledge. These include Radiology Across Borders, an aid organisation providing healthcare to the Pacific Islands, Reconciliation Action Plan, a government initiative to help close the gap for Aboriginals, Torres Strait Islanders & the Maori community, and our ‘Step Up’ Program aimed to promote diversity.

Commercial Graduate Program
The two-year program will incorporate inductions, professional development, a facilitated mentoring program and a 4x6-month rotational program to develop on-the-job learning and experiences in different commercial functions within our business. One of the rotations is expected to take you to one of our overseas locations.

Graduates will be mentored and guided on their learning journey. Entrepreneurship is encouraged at
Siemens Healthineers, and we want to challenge our Graduates to achieve success in their own direction by participating in new projects within the business. This can include participating in the community initiatives that Siemens Healthineers is currently growing. Upon completion of the two year program Graduates will be offered a permanent position in a business area that is of best fit for the Graduate and the business.
