Till Brauckmann
Finance Director, Siemens Healthineers Australia
Starting as a graduate with Siemens in Germany, I quickly got to appreciate the opportunities that a global company such as Siemens is offering its employees. Working across industries and geographies has given me the diversity of career development that you otherwise would only experience when switching companies every 2 – 3 years. Having now the privilege to help develop new talent into the next generation of leadership is an extremely rewarding purpose that makes my job very satisfying.

Exposure to contract negotiations in Enterprise Services illuminated the operational, financial, and legal considerations of long-term equipment replacement plans, building on the learnings from my business degree. A highlight of the program has been the opportunity to collaborate across business areas to build dashboards that provide new insights and business transparency to different stakeholder groups.

Bachelor of Business
The Siemens graduate program appealed to me because of the rotations in different departments and functions in the business. I quickly realised that all opportunities were open at Siemens, and I could drive my career in the direction I was most interested in.
I worked as a commercial project manager for 3 years post grad program before I was selected to go on a 2-year delegation to work in Germany HQ in the pricing and controlling team. I’m now based in Australia again and have worked in the commercial sales team negotiating sales contracts and as a business line controller.
Dianna Nyamayaro

Starting my career as a graduate made the journey exciting as I was going to be exposed to different business lines and learn different skills with the help of mentors including the CFO. All the four rotations helped me to use the knowledge I learnt from university and gain more skills in digitalisation.
