Double aortic arch with esophageal compression
A 3-year-old male patient, with a known double aortic arch, was presented to the hospital due to progressive dysphagia over the past 6 months. An esophageal compression was suspected and a chest CT angiography was requested for further assessment.

An excessive hybrid of venous malformation and venous hemangioma of the left upper limb
A 26-year-old female patient, suffering from a massive mass on her left hand and forearm, came to the hospital. The mass appeared small at birth and grew pari passu with her, causing significant swelling, pain, dysfunction, and deformity. Spinal osteosynthesis complicated by postoperative osteolysis and foraminal stenosis
A 52-year-old female patient, who underwent spinal osteosynthesis a year ago, returned to the hospital complaining of chronic and refractory lower back pain. A DECT was performed to assess the integrity and position of the osteosynthesis device and to rule out osteolytic destruction as well as compression of the spinal canal and neuroforamina.
Complex thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm – EVAR with renovisceral revascularization
A 64-year-old male patient, who underwent an endovascular aneurysm repair with renovisceral revascularization, came back for a CTA follow-up to evaluate the patency of the stent-grafts and to rule out any endoleaks.
