Intensive Learning ModuleSiemens Healthineers Classroom Training

This unique and intensive study programme is designed for radiographers new to imaging or looking to advance their career. It can give expedited access to cross-sectional radiography training for students, newly qualified radiographers or even radiographers in need of more in-depth training. Delivered over a period of six weeks, the programme provides learners with:

• An overview of the basic principles of CT
• In-depth understanding of the modality
• Understanding of the clinical application of parameter changes on image quality and time
• Practical scanning experience using a simulator for routine CT
• An overview of CT radiation safety
• The soft skills needed to work as a team in a high-pressure environment
