For a year, you’ll be based at one of our UK manufacturing sites or within the Sales and Service team. Doing your placement with us involves a variation of working environments from being at a desk in the office, to experimenting in the factories, to visiting customer sites.

We understand how overwhelming joining a large organisation can be, and for that reason we utilise the first 3 months of your placement to gradually introduce you to the business including a handover period with the previous placement student to ensure you feel totally at ease in our workplace. We have been welcoming placement students for many years, and they are genuinely valued across all the business areas.
Remember, if you enjoy your placement year with us, and you impress us, you could be offered a place to return as a graduate post-university!
