February 15, 2022
Siemens Healthineers in Canada is proud to announce that the organization has been named on the 2022 list of Best Workplaces for Hybrid Work.
This honour was received after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®.
The list is based on direct feedback from employees at the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. The data has a 90% confidence and a plus or minus 5% margin of error.
To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work- Certified™ in the past 12 months and must complete a hybrid work questionnaire. Great Place to Work® determined the BEST based on employee responses to their Hybrid Work Readiness Index and organizational workplace programs and practices that support and enable hybrid work.
“For some time now, Siemens Healthineers has empowered its Canadian workforce of some 1,000 team members to choose where to work from and benefit from a flexible approach to work,” said Sevket On, VP and Zone General Manager for Siemens Healthineers in Canada.
“During the course of the pandemic, hybrid work arrangements became the norm, and face-to-face interactions reduced dramatically. As a company, we rallied together to ensure our team continued to feel connected to the organization and each other, while being granted the flexibility and freedom to manage the many new challenges facing them, both professionally and personally. Receiving recognition for being a Best Workplace for Hybrid Work is music to our ears in knowing that our approach is working and keeping us all engaged and energized, and importantly, encouraging people to find the right balance in their lives..”
