Guidance on Transfer of Personal Information Caused by Business Transfer of Company
As Siemens Healthcare Ltd.(the “Company”) will enter into the business transfer agreement with Siemens Healthineers Ltd.(the “NewCo”), the Company will be transferred on January 01, 2018 to the NewCo which is a subsidiary of Siemens Healthcare GmbH, a German legal entity.
As a result of this business transfer, personal information of customers and trading counterparties which the Company has retained in connection with the transferred business as well as that of officers and employees of the Company who performed business in connection with the transferred business will be transferred to the NewCo. The NewCo will manage such personal information securely and use, provide and process the personal information only for the original purpose at the time of the transfer.
