Youssef Maakaroun is a medical science liaison at Siemens Healthineers. Prior to Siemens Healthineers, Dr. Maakaroun held positions in commercial and scientific affairs at Sebia (clinical electrophoresis manufacturer). He contributed to developing a separation method for the measurement of HbA1c.

 Dr. Maakaroun obtained his Medical Doctor degree from Saint Joseph University, Faculty of Medicine, Beirut, Lebanon, followed by a specialized master’s degree in medical management from ESCP Europe in Paris, France.
