Course content
This one day course provides an introduction to the fundamentals of magnetic resonance imaging. Participants will review basic MR principles, key imaging parameters, and essential MRI safety topics, including SAR calculation and optimization.
After the course, participants are able to better understand image formation, adjust basic scan parameters, and apply MRI safety principles in daily clinical work.
The training is delivered live online in English and is easily followed with basic English skills. The course includes interactive discussions and practical demonstrations using an MR simulator. Participants can attend from their own computer.
Target group
This course is designed for MR technicians and radiographers who already have some experience with MR examinations and Siemens Healthineers systems. The course does not require deep knowledge of magnetic resonance physics or advanced MR imaging.
