AT Customer Survey Reward Program
Instruction:
In the recent years, the cardiology market size has experienced significant growth. As we work and visit hospitals within Thailand on a daily basis, we have launched this program to support the SHS Business and to gather more information regarding the cardiology market. The primary objective is to enhance customer engagement with our AT content, which will be provided. Below, you will find a survey tool that serves as a guideline. Please fill in the survey form accordingly.
Reward:
We will announce the winner every quarter and reward them with R&R points. The rewards will be distributed after the closure of each quarter or at the end of the year, one month following the respective period.
- Quarterly reward: 200 point
- Yearly reward: 400 points
Eligibility:
The winner, eligible to receive the reward in R&R points, should meet the following criteria:
- The survey information must be deemed adequate and qualified by the Sales Leader and BDM
- The survey information needs to be submitted during the respective quarter
