Keeping our customers at the center of everything we do, Siemens Healthineers has opened a new dedicated service parts warehouse in the UAE.
In order to continuously improve in serving our customers and to enable them to address their challenges better, a local service parts warehouse was one important step to take. Previously, service parts were ordered from Germany, which at times could result in longer lead times, e.g. due to differing holidays and weekends.
With the new service parts warehouse located within the UAE, Siemens Healthineers customers would be receiving expedited delivery on the same day within UAE and within 24 hours in other GCC countries*. The warehouse is stocked with a variety of service parts, covering a vast majority of locally required service parts within the GCC.
This will lead to significant reduction in downtime of service incidents reported through teamplay Fleet and investigated through Smart Remote Services.
The warehouse began operation in March this year and since then, customer success stories have been pouring in, to credit the timely delivery and efficient service.
