Leon D. Hernandez Memorial Hospital in Daet, Camarines Norte is expanding access to diagnostic imaging with the installation of the MOBILETT Impact, a mobile digital X-ray system designed to bring imaging directly to the point of care.
Serving Daet and neighboring municipalities, the hospital continues to strengthen its diagnostic services by investing in healthcare technology that supports faster clinical decision-making while improving the patient experience. In communities where access to advanced medical imaging may require significant travel, mobile imaging solutions help make quality healthcare more accessible closer to home. Unlike conventional X-ray systems that require patients to be transported to the radiology department, the MOBILETT Impact enables radiologic technologists to perform digital X-ray examinations at the patient’s bedside. This is especially beneficial for critically ill patients, older adults, and individuals with limited mobility, while also helping clinicians respond more efficiently in emergency and inpatient settings.
The project followed a comprehensive assessment of the hospital’s clinical requirements and daily workflow. Working closely with Siemens Healthineers, the hospital identified a solution that supports both patient-centered care and operational efficiency, allowing healthcare professionals to deliver diagnostic imaging where it is needed most.
