Team One, initiated and developed by Siemens Healthineers is a Partner Development Program that goes beyond just recognition and benefits.
A mutual investment in our business relationship, Team One program focuses on building and fostering strong, successful partnerships and developing progressively to in turn benefit our customers, so that we can seize opportunities for growth in radically changing markets, together as One Team. In a nutshell, Team One provides business partners with targeted offerings enabling you to grow and develop the business further.
Partner Tiers and qualifying criteria
There are three different partner tiers as part of Team One – Trading Partner, Approved Partner and Advanced Partner. Each partner tier is recognized by a certain set of qualifying criteria. To understand what each tier details, click here.

What is Team One?

What are the benefits of the Team One - Partner Development Program?
Once the Business Partner progress to the next tier, they will have access to a variety of targeted offerings in training, marketing and sales and management that will enable the progressive advancement of skills, improve company reputation and ultimately empower partners to grow together as One Team with Siemens Healthineers to meet the needs of the customers in the best way possible.
Who is eligible to be part of program?
All business partners in the Middle East, Southern and Eastern African countries are eligible to join the Team One - Partner Development Program.
What are the different partner tiers as part of the program?
There are three different partner tiers – Trading Partner, Approved Partner and Advanced Partner for the purpose of this program. Each partner tier is recognized by a certain set of criteria as previously communicated.
What do I need to do to become an Advanced Partner?
Please refer to attached flyer for an overview of the Partner tier, criteria and associated benefits. For further detailed discussions, please get in touch with your Country Sales Manager.
What happens after progressing to the next tier?
The Business Partner will be recognized for their efforts in progressing to the next tier, following which they will be eligible for the said benefits for that one year.
What happens if the Business Partner is unable to meet the criteria in the following year?
In the following year, the Business Partner would need to once again fulfill the criteria and maintain performance to continue eligibility of the benefits. If the Business Partner for whichever reasons is unable to meet the criteria, they will not be entitled to avail the benefits. However, the Business Partner may continue to maintain their partnership status with Siemens Healthineers, but forego the other benefits.
What if the Business Partner meets only a selected list of criteria and is unable to fulfill all due to some unforeseen circumstances?
The quarterly reviews will allow for a joint assessment on the performance of the Business Partner. Should there be any unexpected changes, those should be discussed in a timely manner so that the evaluation is made based on facts.
Will this program run in perpetuity?
Siemens Healthineers has rolled out this program in the interest of mutual growth and development. If the program proves to be highly successful, the continuity of the program is highly probable.
