Explore our new healthcare service WeScan that offers you remote scanning support for MR imaging. Request an MRI scan to be remotely performed (Remote Scanning) or choose remote scan coaching for on-the-job learning (Remote Coaching). How can we help you address these challenges?
Increase revenue growth and patient satisfaction by improving availability of care

Increase productivity by enhancing flexibility
WeScan Remote Scanning provides flexible access to the expert knowledge of our remote MRI technologists, especially during extended hours, off-hours, and peak hours, which are usually difficult to staff. This enables you to achieve continuous productivity and higher flexibility in patient care – regardless of your individual staffing situation.
Profit from the expertise of our remote MRI technologists
WeScan Remote Coaching enables you to expand the skill level of your MRI technologists during their daily routine. Fostering the development of your staff in terms of competence and confidence will result in higher staff satisfaction and staff retention, increasing the overall quality of care.
WeScan Remote Scanning
is a service that allows a remote MRI technologist to log onto your scanner and perform a scan for you.
WeScan Remote Scanning enables you to run your diagnostic routine at full scale – even if you have a shortage of qualified MRI technologists. While your staff focuses on the patient on site, a remote MRI technologist logs onto your scanner via Smart Remote Services1 and performs the scan for you using syngo Virtual Cockpit, our software for remote scanning. Whether you have a permanent staff shortage, need support during off-hour shifts, or want to broaden the spectrum of examinations you perform, WeScan Remote Scanning enables you to capitalize on the capabilities of your scanners from Siemens Healthineers. Benefit from the expert knowledge of a remote MRI technologist to achieve continuous productivity and higher flexibility in patient care.
WeScan Remote Coaching
is a service that allows a remote MRI technologist to log onto your scanner to coach and seamlessly interact with your MRI technologist onsite.
WeScan Remote Coaching enables you to expand the skill level of your MRI technologists during their daily routine. While you are onboarding new staff or when you have employees performing unfamiliar examinations, a remote MRI technologist logs onto your scanner via Smart Remote Services1. Being able to see and possibly perform the exact same scan as your staff onsite will enable the remote technologist to coach and seamlessly interact with your MRI technologists using real-time screen sharing, chat, voiceover-IP communication, and camera as part of the syngo Virtual Cockpit setup. This enables on-the-job learning with an unprecedented degree of flexibility and offers your staff the opportunity to enter new fields with confidence – and with a remote safety net.
„With WeScan, we can compensate for staff shortages in a targeted manner and therefore can continue to offer our entire spectrum of MRI examinations at our two sites. Especially, in the event of staff changes as this allows for real planning, security and flexibility for our MTRAs and patients.“ 2
