An elderly male with a neuroendocrine tumor (NET) and liver metastases underwent sequential SPECT/CT on Symbia Pro.specta^TM SPECT/CT following a therapy dose of ¹⁷⁷Lu DOTATATE. This case demonstrates the value of using xSPECT Quant^TM for the reproducible quantification of tracer concentration, which is instrumental for accurate dosimetry.

A seven-year-old female with café-au-lait skin spots, poly-fibrous dysplasia, and early on-set puberty underwent ⁹⁹mTc MDP bone imaging with xSPECT Bone^TM performed on a Symbia Intevo^TM SPECT/CT scanner. This case demonstrates the use of xSPECT Bone^TM technology to help detect abnormal skeletal metabolism in the evaluation of McCune-Albright syndrome.

A 67-year-old female with chronic pain and limited movement in her right temporo-mandibular joint along with difficulty opening her jaw underwent a ⁹⁹mTc MDP bone study on a Symbia Intevo^TM SPECT/CT scanner. This case demonstrates the use of xSPECT Quant^TM to help evaluate the severity of mandibular osteomyelitis.
