Siemens Healthineers Saudi Arabia successfully wraps up its presence at Leap 2022

Driving further the progress of national digital transformation in the Kingdom, Leap 2022 – a global technology event – took place from 01 - 03 February in the heart of Riyadh under the theme of “One Eye on the Stars”, allowing international and leading local companies in various fields to showcase their innovations and high-tech solutions. As a general observation, the event has attracted a long list of thought leaders of the digital industry, accompanied by a strong presence of the local private and public sectors involved in the digital transformational plan of Saudi Arabia.

Siemens Healthineers Saudi Arabia participated actively in the event with several highlights from its digital health portfolio, such as AI radiology applications and future-proof PACS system, and presented other unique solutions in an augmented reality context. This participation aligns with the company's bold digital health strategy to position Siemens Healthineers as a vital partner for digital healthcare solutions in the Kingdom and accelerate healthcare providers' digital transformational plans. 

Additionally, Siemens Healthineers Saudi Arabia has pursued potential collaborations with significant players leading the digitalization of the healthcare sector in the kingdom.

Collaboration with Dell Technologies

On the 2nd of February, Siemens Healthineers Saudi Arabia and Dell Emerging Markets EMEA limited agreed to enter into discussions to explore potential business opportunities to conclude a collaboration agreement in digital health care and relevant projects.

Long-term vision with Microsoft Arabia

On the 3rd day of the event, Microsoft Arabia and Siemens Healthineers Saudi Arabia teams met to strengthen their collaborations to accelerate the digital transformation in the Kingdom and to plan a long-term partnership between both companies to drive artificial intelligence and cloud technologies. The activation of such collaboration aligns with the government's national development plan, which aims to transform the Kingdom into a worldwide leading model by using the latest technology in all fields and devoting all means of innovation to build a vibrant society.
