Kee E-Ling is an experienced Automation & Healthcare Solution Manager at Siemens Healthineers, with over 19 years in the Medical Diagnostic Field. Based in Singapore, E-Ling specializes in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, enhancing processes through analytical thinking and problem-solving. Holding an MBA in Health Management, she is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. E-Ling has successfully led automation projects across Asia Pacific, involved in consulting for over 100 hospitals and laboratories. She has conducted more than 50 workshops in Lean Six Sigma, Transition and Change Management within the region. She is passionate about contributing to healthcare, dedicated to continuous improvement of processes in medical facilities, and fostering collaboration for the improvement in patient care.
