Grand Launch of Malaysia Office: Warisan Jerman, Jiwa MalaysiaMenara The MET, Kuala Lumpur

On 18 September, the Malaysia Healthineers team celebrated a significant milestone, where we officially launched our new office at The MET Kuala Lumpur. This moment not only marks the culmination of five years of hard work but also the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our organization. The launch event brought together over 300 valued customers, business partners, and our dedicated Healthineers team, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and celebration.

It is essential to recognize that this achievement resulted from years of dedication, resilience, and adaptation. As we reflect on our journey, we acknowledge the behind-the-scenes efforts that paved the way for this significant milestone.

The path to launching our new office was not a quick endeavour; it involved extensive planning, strategic decision-making, and a willingness to embrace change. When the pandemic struck, it became evident that traditional working environments were no longer viable. Our team recognized the need to pivot, moving away from the confines of cubicles to create a more flexible and safe work environment, ensuring we could continue delivering excellence to our customers.

The theme of our Grand Launch, #WarisanKita, is more than just a hashtag; it represents our commitment to honouring and celebrating our rich Malaysia’s cultural heritage. The team worked diligently to ensure that this event was a true reflection of the diverse traditions that make Malaysia unique.

#WarisanKita, also known as #OurCulture, was designed to transform our launch into a vibrant melting pot of Malaysian heritage. Attendees experienced a delightful array of cultural offerings that evoked a sense of nostalgia and connection to our roots.

Attendees were treated to a tempting selection of local Malaysian snacks, including “Pani Puri”, “Apam Balik”, "Ais Krim Potong", and "Roti Jala", among many others. The intention was not merely to delight our guests' taste buds but also support local vendors through our #SapotLokal initiative, providing these microentrepreneurs a platform to showcase their delicious offerings.

In addition to the culinary delights, we further immersed our attendees with engaging activities, such as a caricature station and a photobooth experience. These interactive elements added an extra layer of fun, allowing guests to capture memorable moments and take-home unique memories from our open house event.

We also set up a special “Rumah Healthineers” game station, where attendees had the chance to relive their childhood memories by playing traditional games such as “Batu Seremban”, “Ceper”, and “Teng-Teng”. This interactive experience added a nostalgic element to the event, allowing everyone to engage with our cultural heritage in a memorable way.

We organized guided tours of our new office, dividing attendees into small groups to maximize engagement. The tour featured three key areas: the Work Café, the Customer Care Center, and, most importantly, the very first Siemens Healthineers Customer Experience Center in Malaysia.

The highlight of the tour was undoubtedly our Customer Experience Center, where guests had the opportunity to explore our multi-modality solutions. This interactive showcase allowed them to engage with our innovative offerings firsthand, making it a memorable part of their visit.

Special thank you to everyone who made this event a success!
