Our solutions are built around the needs of your department and go far beyond simply showing you how to use your equipment more efficiently. We help your team uncover opportunities to increase value by delivering full improvement cycles. Workflow assessments identify bottlenecks and opportunities. This leads to joint agreement of metrics and goals to drive the transformation.
Consultancy is delivered by an interdisciplinary team of lean-certified consultants, senior former NHS leaders, and data analysts. Together we use a customised dashboard alongside coaching and knowledge-sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement across your organisation.

From Referral to Report; Continuous Improvement in Radiology
A 3-year project with Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust to streamline radiology services and improve staff and patient experience. The first year involved a 2-day workshop where the radiology leadership team defined the future state and agreed a roadmap for the RPMS programme.
