Large Joint Dot Engine
Manual user interaction in routine examinations limits efficiency and increases inter-user variation in results. The Large Joint Dot Engine expands on the Knee Dot Engine, allowing Dot to cover all large joints - shoulder, hip, and knee. It helps to reduce susceptibility artifacts with Advanced WARP1.
- Advanced WARP to accommodate patients with large metal implants1
- Confident reduction of artifacts with only a few mouse-clicks
- Motion-insensitive scanning with BLADE

1The MRI restrictions (if any) of the metal implant must be considered prior to patient undergoing MRI exam. MR imaging of patients with metallic implants brings specific risks. However, certain implants are approved by the governing regulatory bodies to be MR conditionally safe. For such implants, the previously mentioned warning may not be applicable. Please contact the implant manufacturer for the specific conditional information. The conditions for MR safety are the responsibility of the implant manufacturer, not of Siemens.
