A 13-day-old infant boy, born with Trisomy 21, presented with poor feeding, weight loss, and stridor. A postnatal echocardiography had shown a right-sided aortic arch and a diverticulum of Kommerell, suspicious for a vascular ring that may constrict the trachea and the esophagus. CTA was performed to evaluate the vascular anatomy, its relationship with the trachea and the patency of the airways.
